PRINCIPLES OF LOYALTY AND HONESTY. The real estate agent will not obtain hidden benefits and

undertakes not to acquire in part or in full, or through third parties, natural or legal persons with

those that maintain a personal, professional or shareholder relationship from which a conflict of

interests, no real estate or right over the one with respect to which the commission has, unless the client lends

express consent in this regard.
